We are pleased to share that those who feel comfortable to attend Shabbat worship in person have the opportunity to attend services in our sanctuary on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings. Pre-registration is requested due to COVID restrictions. Those who arrive without registration are welcome if congregant numbers on the day permit.
Friday evening and Saturday morning services will also be streamed online
Please register your interest for each week that you wish to attend.
WHAT TO KNOW, EXPECT, AND BRING FOR SHABBAT SERVICES
We ask that you refrain from requesting to attend services if:
- You have within the last 14 days, visited an area which has been identified as having increased COVID-19 activity that would require you to self-isolate or be tested under local government guidelines, as outlined by the NSW Government website HERE .
- you are experiencing ANY symptoms of illness. These include but are not limited to: fever, cough, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, shortness of breath, fatigue, aches & pains, ear ache, diarrhoea.
- you have had close contact with a person who is a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19, or is self-isolating.
WHAT TO DO ON ARRIVAL
Please arrive at NSTE at least 15 minutes before the service commencement time. Prior to entry, the Security Guard will ask you to acknowledge a number of COVID-19 related statements. On entry to the building we ask that you sanitise your hands using the dispensers provided.
WHAT TO BRING
- Please bring your own tallit and kippah from home, as these will not be available for loan from NSTE.
