Bar and Bat Mitzvah

Bar and Bat Mitzvah lessons take place with a private tutor arranged through the synagogue. Families receive the latest educational software and all the materials needed to speed along their B’mitzvah preparation.

Notably, the year is highlighted by a class mitzvah project.  All students and their families work towards achieving a meaningful social action goal.  A culminating presentation concerning the mitzvah project, done in cooperation with the Union for Progressive Judaism, will take place on Shabbat Chanukah.
